Arrive with clean skin if possible, avoid strong actives (retinol, acids) for 24 hours before facials, hydrate well, and skip heavy meals right before massage. Let us know about allergies, medications, or sensitivities at booking.

For standard massage and facial services, no prior consultation is needed. For advanced skin treatments such as Procell Microchanneling or chemical peels, a complimentary consultation is included to ensure the best approach for your skin type and goals.

For massage therapy, we recommend bi-weekly sessions for stress management or weekly for chronic tension. Facials are best scheduled monthly. Advanced skin treatments typically follow a series of 4-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.

We understand plans change. We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.

Yes! Our gift cards are available in any denomination and make a perfect gift for any occasion. They can be purchased online or in-spa and never expire. Gift cards can be used for any service or product.
