Most of our treatments require zero downtime. You can return to your daily activities immediately. For advanced skin treatments like Procell Microchanneling, we recommend avoiding direct sun exposure for 24-48 hours and following a gentle skincare routine.

For standard massage and facial services, no prior consultation is needed. For advanced skin treatments such as Procell Microchanneling or chemical peels, a complimentary consultation is included to ensure the best approach for your skin type and goals.

For massage therapy, we recommend bi-weekly sessions for stress management or weekly for chronic tension. Facials are best scheduled monthly. Advanced skin treatments typically follow a series of 4-6 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.

We understand plans change. We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
